- The UI is now also managed by Knit - which means you can customize the UI down to every button. Not all previous functions are yet implemented
again. The editor support is rudimentary. Better editor support will
follow in the next weeks. For now try deleting (
d) nodes and connections to see what effect it has. Reload resets everything.
- Major Knit API changes again. The two big changes are listed below:
- Callbacks are now working, while not completely safe.
- There are now two different modes in which data is sent through Knit graphs. Data, which lingers in the graph and can be read permanently from inlets and outlets as before. And as new addition volatile data, which evaporates as it propagates through the graph. This data will pass only once through every connector, which is useful for handling events like mouse clicks.
